She was one of the founders of Pollenation Internet, an open source technology company and negotiated a final sale of the company in 2008. Since then she has set up a small consultancy which specialises in digital marketing strategies focusing on how companies can make the most of the social web.
Charlotte can provide genuine innovation in business strategy through internet marketing and digital technologies. She is a evangelist for social media and has been on many social media panels and is a keen blogger.
She is also the Chair of the Institute of Directors, Young Directors Forum, Yorkshire and Humber. She also sits on the Common Purpose Advisory Group, Leeds.
